Spring Semester Exam Schedule- May 16th & 17th
- Students may opt out of their semester exam pending the approval of their teacher if they have demonstrated proficiency with a semester average of 96%. There are no limitations on the number of exams students may opt out on.
- Students who opt out of their exam(s), have open campus but should not be loitering in the building.
- TA’s are expected to be with their supervising teacher, any different schedule must be worked out with your teacher.
- School lunch will be served on May 16th. Students cannot leave for lunch unless they have been allowed to opt out of their exam for 4th period or 5th period.

Cost is $30 and the camp is open to all area boys who will be in grades 2-9 next school year.

| Attention: Parent(s) or Guardian(s), Summer is coming soon.You may be thinking about what your child will do for meals while school is out. The good news is that the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners in your local community to serve free meals. It’s food that’s in, while school is out. There are no income requirements. Here is information about your local Summer Food site: Location: Columbus Middle School Days meals are served: June 4 thru July 20, 2012 (No Feeding July 4) Time: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Children from ages 1 thru 18 are free and Adults are $3.00 and must be accompanied by a child. |

Registration for new students at any grade level in the district are being completed at the Lakeview Jr.-Sr. High School Building, 3744 83rd Street. To make an appointment, contact Kim Miller or Traci Uldrich at 564-8518. Registrations will not be done without the documents listed to the right. |
